  • 4 (4 oz.) boneless, skinless breasts
  • 1 medium green pepper
  • 1 medium red pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 pkg. mushrooms
  • garlic salt

Directions

    Place chicken into a baking dish that has been sprayed with Weight Watchers spray.

    Slice veggies and mushrooms; lay on top and all around the chicken.

    Sprinkle with garlic salt and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
