Baked Chicken Strips

  • 1 cup Panko Crumbs
  • 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • 1 teaspoon Parsley, Dried
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoons Hot Sauce, Optional
  • 2 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts

Directions

    Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with tinfoil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.

    In a shallow dish mix the panko, grated cheese, parsley and salt and pepper together.

    In another dish whisk eggs, dijon mustard and hot sauce.

    Cut your chicken into strips, dry with a paper towel.

    Dip the strips in the egg mixture to coat, then dip into panko crumbs and press on to coat.

    Place strips on prepared pan.

    Cook for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and brown.

    Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
