- 10 oz. Jack cheese, grated
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 5 eggs, well beaten
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Layer peppers, alternately with cheese in a deep buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

2Mix beaten eggs, butter, salt, pepper and cumin.

3Pour mixture over the peppers and cheese.

4Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350°.
