Baked Cinnamon Apples

- 6 small cooking apples
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. fructose
- 2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Wash and core apples; remove peeling from the top 1/3 of each apple.

2Arrange in dish large enough to hold them.

3In a saucepan, bring water, vanilla, cinnamon and fructose to a boil and pour over apples.

4Bake for 1 hour in 350° oven.

5Baste frequently. These are especially good, especially for diabetics.
