- 2 doz. clams or 3 cans minced clams
- 4 stalks celery
- 2 large peppers
- 2 medium onions
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1/4 box seasoned bread crumbs
- clam shells (medium size for filling)
- paprika
Directions

1Chop 2 dozen clams and simmer 5 minutes or use 3 cans minced clams in their own juice.

2Chop stalks of celery, peppers and onions and simmer in 1/4 pound of butter for 5 minutes.

3In a bowl, mix 1/4 box of bread crumbs, drained clams and vegetables. Add more bread crumbs and juice of clams until is like wet stuffing.

4Pile into clam shell and bake at 375° to 400° for 10 minutes.

5Top with paprika.
