- 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 large garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams
- 16 medium-sized clean clam shells
- black pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except shells together until well blended. Stuff shells.

2Keep a small amount of crumbs on the side and moisten them with olive oil.

3Sprinkle these over the tops of the stuffed clams.

4Place in preheated oven at 425° for about 16 to 18 minutes until the tops brown.
