Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 large garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams
  • 16 medium-sized clean clam shells
  • black pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except shells together until well blended. Stuff shells.

    Keep a small amount of crumbs on the side and moisten them with olive oil.

    Sprinkle these over the tops of the stuffed clams.

    Place in preheated oven at 425° for about 16 to 18 minutes until the tops brown.
