  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. tomato juice
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 lb. cod fillets
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Combine pepper, lemon juice and onion powder in blender.

    Run at medium speed for 2 minutes or until pureed.

    Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.

    Pour sauce over fish and bake at 400° for 10 minutes or until fish flakes.
