- 1 head cabbage
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. diced cheese (mild)
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. buttered bread crumbs
Directions

1Cook cabbage in salt water; drain.

2Melt margarine in pan. Add flour and blend.

3Add milk gradually.

4Stir in cheese.

5Cook until smooth and thick.

6Alternate cabbage and cheese sauce in dish.

7Top with buttered bread.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
