  • 1 1/2 lb. cod fillets, cleaned
  • 1 lb. flaked crabmeat (ready to eat)
  • 3/4 c. flavored bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. sherry
  • 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Place clean cod fillets in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.

    In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Mix well until moist.
