  • 2 c. canned corn
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 tsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. cream
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Combine ingredients.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Pour into well-oiled pan.

    Set in another pan of warm water.

    Bake in moderate oven (400°) until an inserted knife comes out clean.

    If desired, additional milk may be added to provide moisture.
