- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 pkg. Jiffy corn mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 small diced onion
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 2 Tbsp. pimento
- 1 stick melted oleo
- 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Mix together the 2 corns, the package of Jiffy corn mix, 2 eggs and 1 cup milk.

2Spread in greased pan.

3Spread over above the 1 small diced onion, 1/2 diced green pepper, 2 tablespoons pimento and 1 stick melted oleo (mix the 4 ingredients together and pour over above corn mixture).

4Spread 1 1/2 cups grated cheese over above.

5Bake in 400° oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
