- 4 c. pecan halves
- 1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. ground cloves
- 1 Tbsp. nutmeg

1In a deep heavy skillet, melt oleo and stir in unbroken pecan halves.

3low heat, stirring frequently, for about 20 minutes until lightly brown.

4Sift confectioners sugar and spices.

5Remove nuts from skillet with slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

6Add nuts to spiced sugar and toss until generously coated.
