  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • lump of butter

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and pour into a 1-quart casserole. Bake 10 minutes at 350°.

    Finish at 300° until 45 minutes are up. If more is needed, double the recipe and time.
