- 1 qt. chopped green tomatoes
- 6 large onions, chopped
- 6 large chopped green peppers
- 4 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 3 Tbsp. white mustard seed
- 2 lb. sugar and salt
- vinegar to cover, about 8 c.
Directions

1Put each vegetable into separate bowl and sprinkle a small amount of salt over each.

2Let stand 4 hours.

3Press juice from each vegtetable and combine together with dry ingredients.
