- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1/2 large onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt (may be too much)
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
Directions

1Cook fresh broccoli until tender or thaw 2 packages of frozen broccoli.

2In a large skillet, heat olive oil; brown broccoli in oil with onion, parsley flakes, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add chicken broth and cook until liquid reduces, about 3 to 4 minutes.
