  • 2 bags corn
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 stick butter

Directions

    Place 1 bag of corn in blender with milk, eggs and flour. Blend until creamy.

    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, place the second bag of corn; stir in blender and mix.

    Cut butter into pats on top.

    Bake in preheated oven at 375° for 1 hour or until firm.
