- 2 tablespoons onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
- 2 (12 ounce) cans shoe peg corn, drained
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled,divided
Directions

1In a large skillet, saute' onion in butter until tender.

2Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute over low heat; stirring constantly.

3Gradually stir in sour cream, corn, and salt; cook over medium-low heat until thoroughly heated (Do Not Boil); stirring constantly.

4Stir in 1/2 chopped bacon.

5Pour mixture into a greased, shallow 2-quart casserole dish.

6Sprinkle with remaining bacon.

7Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes
