- 1 stick oleo
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated (I sometimes use one 8 oz. jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz for a little spice)
Directions

1Melt oleo in casserole dish. Mix all other ingredients and add to the casserole dish. Stir thoroughly. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Top with grated cheese while still hot.
