  • 1 1/2 ounces Cynar
  • 3/4 ounce Lustau
  • 3/4 ounce Valdespino
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 dash Peychaud's Bitters
  • Rinse Akashi White Oak Japanese
  • 1 lemon, for garnish

Directions

    Combine ingredients into a chilled mixing glass and fill with ice.

    Stir for 10-15 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe glass, after rinsing with Scotch.

    Garnish with oil from the lemon zest by twisting over the top of the glass.

    Discard the lemon and serve.
