  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1/2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 egg yolks, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. milk

Directions

    Cook the first 3 ingredients in small amount of butter.

    Mix remaining ingredients; pour over corn and stir.

    Fold in 2 eggs whites.

    Pour into well-buttered casserole dish.

    Bake in pie pan of water for 45 minutes at 350°.

    Remove pan of water and bake 15 minutes at 350° to brown.
