Baked Corn Dish

Ingredients

  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 stick melted oleo (1/2 stick is better)
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix first 6 ingredients together.

    Pour into a deep 8 x 10-inch lightly greased baking dish.

    Sprinkle cup of cheese over the top of the corn mixture.

    Bake for 1 hour at 350°.

    Better yet if refrigerated overnight, then set out until room temperature and baked.
