- 4 to 5 ears fresh sweet corn
- 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. white flour
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 1/4 c. milk (whole)
- dash of salt
Directions

1Grate corn off cob.

2Add egg yolks to milk and blend.

3Whip whites of eggs until stiff.

4Blend grated corn, egg and milk, salt and flour.

5Fold in egg whites.

6Pour into buttered casserole. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
