  • 1 c. whole kernel corn, drained
  • 3 eggs, beaten thick and fluffy
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 c. milk
  • 8 to 10 crackers, rolled to fine crumbs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Combine all but the butter and mix to blend.

    Pour into a buttered casserole.

    Dot top with butter.

    Bake in oven at 350° for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
