- 1 1/2 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. warm water
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 6 to 7 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. corn meal
Directions

1Sprinkle yeast over water and honey.

2Stir.

3Slowly add flour and salt; beat with wooden spoon. Turn dough out on floured board and knead 8 to 10 minutes.

4Place dough in lightly greased bowl. Cover and let rise 2 hours.

5Sprinkle corn meal in well-greased loaf pans.

6Bake at 400° for 30 to 40 minutes.
