  • 6 ears corn
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 stick margarine

Directions

    Cut and scrape corn from cob into a bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Place into well-greased shallow baking dish. Butter should be dotted on top. Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve hot. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
