- 2 c. corn
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 3/4 c. milk
Directions

1Blend butter, sugar, flour and salt.

2Add eggs, beating well. Stir in corn and milk.

3Pour into buttered casserole dish and bake 45 minutes at 325°.

4Stir once halfway through cooking.

5When done a silver knife inserted will come out clean.

6Mixture can be prepared ahead and stored in refrigerator in a jar (shake well).
