- 4 ounces garlic butter
- 1 lemon
- chopped parsley
- salt to taste
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions

1Fillet meat from the bone. Arrange the fillets in a single layer in an ovenware dish.

2Sprinkle with salt, pepper and put pieces of garlic butter over the fillets and sprinkle with parsley.

3Bake in an oven at 190 degrees 5 for 12 minutes.

4Serve with French bread.
