  • 1 medium cushaw
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 to 4 eggs
  • 1 stick butter or oleo
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Directions

    Boil cushaw and remove skin when tender.

    Add remainder of ingredients; mix thoroughly.

    Add sugar if necessary.

    Bake at 350°, uncovered, until set.
