- 2 c. milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Scald milk.

3Put eggs in a bowl; beat just until the whites and yolks are mixed.

4Add the sugar, salt and nutmeg; stir until blended.

5Gradually stir the hot milk into the egg mixture, stirring constantly.

6Pour into 6 custard cups; put in baking pan with 1 inch of hot water.

7Bake for 30 minutes, or until done.

8Remove cups from hot water to cool.

9Makes 6 servings.
