- 2 c. scalded milk
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Beat eggs with fork until yolks and whites are blended.

2Add sugar, salt, flavoring and nutmeg.

3Mix thoroughly.

4Add milk gradually, stirring constantly.

5Pour into individual molds, which have been buttered.

6Set in pan of warm water.

7Bake in 375° oven for 30 to 40 minutes until an inserted knife comes out clean. Makes 4 servings.
