- 1 c. heavy cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Beat all ingredients well and pour into individual custard cups or a baking pan.

2Place in a pan of hot water that comes almost to the top of the cups and bake in an oven preheated to 350° for 40 to 50 minutes until the custard is set.

3Serve hot or cold and garnish with fresh berries.
