Baked Custard

Ingredients

  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Beat all ingredients well and pour into individual custard cups or a baking pan.

    Place in a pan of hot water that comes almost to the top of the cups and bake in an oven preheated to 350° for 40 to 50 minutes until the custard is set.

    Serve hot or cold and garnish with fresh berries.
