  • 3/4 to 1 c. milk
  • butter to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Arrange fillets in greased baking dish.

    Cover with milk; dot with butter.

    Then sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
