- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. grated onion
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Directions

1If fillets are large, cut into serving size.

2Season with salt and pepper.

3Mix juice, onion and butter mixture.

4Place in greased pan.

5Pour remaining butter mixture over fish.

6Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
