- 1 lb. fresh or frozen fish fillets, cut 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick
- nonstick spray coating
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 c. seasoned fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 to 1 1/2 tsp. grated ginger root
- 1/4 c. sliced almonds
- 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
- lemon wedges
Directions

1Thaw fish, if frozen.

2Rinse, pat dry with paper towels. Spray a 2-quart rectangular baking dish with nonstick coating. Place fish in prepared dish.

3Brush with milk.

4In a small dish, combine bread crumbs and ginger root.

5Sprinkle the crumb mixture and almonds over the fillets.

6Drizzle with margarine.

7Bake at 450° for 6 to 12 minutes.

8Serve with lemon wedges.
