  • Tony Chacheres
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 to 2 lemons, cut in thin slices

Directions

    Lay fillets on large cookie sheet, skin side down.

    Sprinkle with seasoning and butter.

    Place lemon slices on each fillet. Cook, uncovered, at 350° about 45 minutes or until thin edges get crisp.
