  • perch, flounder, haddock or pollock
  • salt, pepper, parsley, oregano, sliced garlic, sliced lemon and bread crumbs

Directions

    Put the seasonings and bread crumbs on top of the fish.

    Put a little oil on bottom of baking dish.
  3. 3
    Place fish in baking dish. Bake about 20 minutes at 300°, then add water and baste.
