- 2 c. chopped mushrooms, sauteed
- 5 potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch
- 2 sliced hard-boiled eggs
- 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Season fish; coat with flour and saute in 4 tablespoons butter 8 to 10 minutes.

2Saute mushrooms.

3Brown sliced potatoes in 4 tablespoons butter.
