  • 1 lb. fish fillet
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 10 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 c. chopped mushrooms, sauteed
  • 5 potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch
  • 2 sliced hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream

    Season fish; coat with flour and saute in 4 tablespoons butter 8 to 10 minutes.

    Saute mushrooms.

    Brown sliced potatoes in 4 tablespoons butter.

    Place in a glass baking dish.

    Layer fish, then egg slices, mushrooms and potatoes on top.
