- 3 to 5 lb. salmon, halibut, mahimahi or ono fillets
- 1 semi-ripe tomato
- 1 Maui onion
- 10 strips bacon
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 c. green onion
- mayonnaise
- 1 block butter
- garlic salt
- paprika
- parsley flakes
- black pepper
Directions

1Lay fish in foil.

2Sprinkle garlic salt, pepper and parsley. Spread mayonnaise lightly on fish, cut butter and lay over mayonnaise.

3Slice Maui onion and tomato and lay on butter.

4Cut green onion in 2-inch pieces and put over butter.

5Lay bacon over green onions.

6Sprinkle paprika and squeeze juice of lemon over entire dish.

7Close foil, put over hibachi for 30 minutes or until bacon is cooked.

8Serves 4 to 8.
