  • 1 lb. haddock fillets
  • 1 qt. tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1/4 c. olive oil

Directions

    Wash and dry fillets. Lay them flat in a large baking dish. Put on tomato sauce and sprinkle grated cheese, salt, pepper and oregano on top.

    Add the minced garlic and put the oil over everything.

    Do not cover.

    Bake at 350° until done.
