- 1 lb. haddock fillets
- 1 qt. tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/4 c. olive oil
Directions

1Wash and dry fillets. Lay them flat in a large baking dish. Put on tomato sauce and sprinkle grated cheese, salt, pepper and oregano on top.

2Add the minced garlic and put the oil over everything.

3Do not cover.

4Bake at 350° until done.
