- 6 medium potatoes, sliced
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 1 lb. filet flounder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 1 pod hot pepper
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Place sliced potatoes and onions in a baking dish.

2Salt and pepper to taste.

3Mix together tomato juice, pepper, flour and water and pour over potatoes and onions.

4Cover dish with foil and bake at 350° until potatoes are almost done.

5Place fish on top of potatoes and cook 15 minutes longer or until done.
