- 1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 pouch Shake'N Bake Extra Crispy Original Coating Mix, divided
- 4 haddock fillets (1 lb./450 g)
- 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread

1Heat oven to 400F.

2Toss potatoes with Italian dressing, then 1/4 cup coating mix.

3Spread onto large baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

4Bake 20 min.

5Meanwhile, spread remaining coating mix onto large plate.

6Spread fish with 2 Tbsp.

7Miracle Whip; press, dressing sides down, into coating mix.

8Repeat to coat other sides of fish.

9Place on rack of broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray.

10Add fish to oven with potatoes.
