- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Add to food processor and combine remaining ingredients.

3Pulse until ball starts to form.

4Remove the dough from the processor and dust lightly with flour.

5Place in a lightly floured bowel and cover with a damp cloth.

6Let rise until it doubles in size about 45 min.,.

7Punch down dough divide dough in to two separate but equal balls and roll thin.

8Top with favorite toppings.

9Bake 450 F for 12 to 18 minute.
