- 4 RITZ Reduced Fat Crackers, finely crushed
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
- 1/2 lb. cod fillets King Sooper's 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 2 lemon wedges Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets, steamed

1Heat oven to 400 degrees F.

2Cut each potato into 6 wedges; place in large bowl.

3Add dressing; toss to coat.

4Place, cut sides down, on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

5Bake 10 min.

6Meanwhile, mix cracker crumbs and 1 Tbsp.

7cheese in shallow dish or pie plate.

8Cut fish crosswise into 1-inch-wide sticks; spread tops and sides with mayo.

9Roll in crumb mixture until evenly coated.

10Turn potatoes and move to edges of pan.

11Place fish, coated sides up, in center of pan.

12Bake 8 to 10 min.

13or until potatoes are tender, and fish is golden brown and flakes easily with fork.

14Sprinkle remaining cheese over potatoes.

15Serve fish with lemon wedges, broccoli and potatoes.
