Baked Fish With Vegetables

- 1 lb. fish
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
- 1 (12 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained
- 2 small onions, thinly sliced
- 2 small tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 4 slices bacon
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Grease baking dish lightly with oil. Place fish, flesh side up, in greased baking dish.

3Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread mixed vegetables over fish.

4Place onion and tomato slices over vegetables.

5Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Top with bacon. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
