- 1/4 cup (60 ml) grated parmesan cheese
- 1 lb (.5 kg) flounder or sole fillets
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
Directions

1In shallow dish, combine crumbs and cheese.

2Brush all sides of fillets with mayonnaise.

4Arrange in single layer in shallow baking pan.

5Bake in 375 degrees (200 C.) for 20-25 minutes.
