- 1 large can peach slices
- 1 large can pear slices
- 1 (1 lb.) can Queen Anne cherries
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Drain fruit and save 1 1/2 cups juices.

2Mix sugar, salt and flour in medium saucepan.

3Add 1 1/2 cups fruit juice and butter. Cook over medium heat until thickened.

4Place fruit in a 2-quart buttered oblong baking dish.

5Cover with sauce.

6Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour.

7Serves 10 to 12.
