- 1/2 c. margarine
- 3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Melt margarine and chocolate together; gradually beat in sugar.

2Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla.

3Sift flour with salt; add to chocolate mixture, along with the nuts.

4Spread in buttered 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

5Bake in moderate oven (350°) for about 30 minutes, or until done.

6Cool and cut in 1 1/2-inch squares.

7Store in airtight container.
