  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 1 c. butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    To beaten eggs, add dry ingredients, melted butter, pecans and vanilla.

    Pour into greased 11 x 7-inch pan.

    Set in pan of boiling water.

    Bake at 325° for 45 minutes, until custard consistency.

    Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
