- 5 cups fat-free milk, divided
- 1/3 cup Sugar Free, favorite flavor

1Combine 1 cup cereal, 2 Tbsp.

2nuts and 1/2 cup milk into each of 4 bowls.

3Heat remaining milk.

4Spoon 1/4 of the GENERAL FOODS INTERNATIONAL COFFEE into each of 4 mugs.

5Pour 3/4 cup hot milk into each mug and stir well.

6Serve each person a cup of coffee with their cereal.
