  • 1 lb Gnocci
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz shreaded Mozzarella cheeze
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp garlic (minced)
  • pepper/salt to taste
  • desired italian seasonings
  • 8-12 oz can diced tomatoes
